This milestone win marks the fourth time Shamplina has received the honour, having previously won in 2019, 2022, and 2023.

The award, voted for by landlords attending the National Landlord Investment Shows, highlights Paul’s unwavering commitment to supporting and educating the landlord community, as well as his exceptional influence in the property industry. This year, 38 speakers were shortlisted and put to the vote by over 16,500 registered attendees, with Shamplina securing an overwhelming 73% of the vote - a clear testament to his enduring popularity and the value he delivers to landlords. The prestigious accolade was presented by Ian Collins, talkRADIO host, at a gala ceremony held last night.
